Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "phraha," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phraha platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for the operation of phraha.app.
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phraha platform in any capacity.
- "Platform" refers to the phraha website accessible at phraha.app, including all games, features, services, and content made available thereon.
- "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you on the phraha platform.
- "Services" refers to all gaming, entertainment, promotional, and support services offered by phraha through the Platform.
- "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held in your phraha account wallet, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by phraha to eligible users.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the phraha platform, creating an account, or using any phraha Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the phraha platform and close any existing account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phraha. phraha reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via your registered email address.
Important: These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the phraha platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.

Eligibility
To register and use the phraha platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. phraha does not permit access to or use of its Services by any person under the age of 21.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phraha or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phraha platform or any other gaming platform for reasons related to fraud, cheating, or violation of applicable terms.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
phraha reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds held therein pending investigation.
Age Verification: phraha takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at phraha's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing costs.

Account Registration
To access the full range of phraha Services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- Each individual may hold only one (1) phraha account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details.
- You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate. phraha must be notified promptly of any changes to your personal details.
- phraha reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
- Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your phraha account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
- phraha may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Duplicate Accounts: If phraha detects that a user holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited at phraha's sole discretion.

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phraha account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must use a strong, unique password for your phraha account and update it regularly.
- You must notify phraha immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
- phraha will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- phraha staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phraha support immediately.
phraha employs industry-standard security measures to protect user accounts and data. However, no system is entirely immune to security risks. You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk and that phraha cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.

Deposits & Withdrawals
phraha supports a range of payment methods approved for use by Filipino players in accordance with Philippine payment regulations. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:
- Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards.
- Cryptocurrency of any kind is strictly not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on the phraha platform.
- Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
- All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the phraha account dashboard.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. phraha reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
- phraha aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
- phraha reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe.
- Any funds deposited into your phraha account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Anti-Money Laundering: phraha complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities. phraha reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where AML concerns arise.

Bonuses & Promotions
phraha offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all phraha bonuses and promotions:
- All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits that are published alongside each individual offer.
- Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
- phraha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
- Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any phraha bonus or promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as account suspension.
- phraha reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific offer conditions.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phraha platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Creating or operating more than one phraha account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phraha platform or its underlying software.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing phraha staff, support agents, or other users.
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on the phraha platform — including but not limited to the phraha name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — are the exclusive property of phraha or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phraha platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phraha content without prior written authorization.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any phraha content or software.
- Use any phraha trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
Any unauthorized use of phraha's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phraha, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phraha platform or its Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, phraha shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether planned or unplanned.
- Any technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.
- Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
- Any losses arising from your participation in games of chance, including but not limited to slot games, live casino games, bingo, and other gaming products offered on the Platform.
phraha's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your phraha account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer: The phraha platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phraha makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

Responsible Gaming
phraha is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the well-being of its users. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.
phraha provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phraha account.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to help you manage your gaming time.

Termination
phraha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
- Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
- Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.
- Your own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
Upon termination of your account, phraha will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.
You may request the closure of your phraha account at any time by contacting phraha support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules.

Amendments to These Terms
phraha reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phraha will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:
- A prominent notice displayed on the phraha platform.
- An email notification sent to your registered email address.
- An in-account notification visible upon your next login.
Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the phraha platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phraha informally by contacting phraha support and allowing a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for phraha to investigate and respond to your concern.
phraha's gaming operations are subject to oversight by PAGCOR. Complaints relating to gaming fairness or regulatory compliance may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels in addition to phraha's internal dispute resolution process.
